The Secret is a Get Rich Quick Scheme

The 'Law of Attraction' not not a Law.
I don't mind the phenomenon being called "the power of positive thinking", but a law is something that happens every single time. A law is verifiable.



There is no possible way to verify what happens from positive thinking to the point where one could claim it to be an actual Law.

There absolutely is power within positive thinking, but "The Secret" is just the repackaging of an old truth. The the author has twisted this old truth a little and pretty much turned it into a get rich quick scheme.

It's disheartening to see so many people buy into such a sly but significant distortion of truth.

The Secret and the Law of Attraction are repackaged positive thinking practices that are making many people lots of money.

People need to understand more about the power of positive thinking and how to use it and this is one way to bring it to the forefront of people's minds.
