Self Esteem Worksheets Improve Decision Making Abilities

Being afraid to make mistakes is a big self esteem problem. It was for me. I had such a problem making a decision because I wanted, no needed it to be the right/best decision. I often got into a position that's been named 'analysis paralyses'. I would research and analyses the decision to death. It would take me forever to decide if I wanted Burger King or McDonalds! I would weigh the pros and cons like it was a life altering decision. I couldn't get past needing to know it was the right choice.

My sister, a top executive in a Fortune 100 company, once told me that biggest reason that people don't get promoted is that they won't make a decision on their own. They always need someone to approve of their choice. Those that decide will be the ones that move up even if some of their decisions are wrong,. At least they decided and moved. The path can always be adjusted after you start moving.

Anyway, That's why I'm presenting free self esteem worksheets on making mistakes. From these you evaluate your own decision making process and gain insight into what might be holding you back. After you have gained insight, you can work on changing.

I'll be adding other self esteem worksheets as I develop them. The topics will include, among others, Self Respect, Self Concept, Self Confidence, and Assertiveness.
